Refund policy

 

Reading Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy

1.) There are no refunds for readings. This includes no shows and cancellations. Once a reading is booked, it is the client's responsibility to commit to the date and time of their scheduled appointment.

2.) If a client cancels due to an emergency or illness, Majorie will reschedule their session one more time. If the client cancels again or is a no show after a second reschedule, they will not be refunded and will not be able to book future reading services with Majorie. 

3.) If Majorie cancels on her end due to an emergency or illness, she will notify the client immediately to reschedule their session.
